This elegant sea view villa with a private HEATED pool is just 700m from the beach, nestled in a safe gated domain featuring a free 25m pool and tennis courts. Equipped with all you need for a family holiday or relaxing couple getaway, you can enjoy the serene nature surroundings while benefiting from the beach, sea, town, and local atractions proximity.

Villa Thymfalaise combines luxurious living with comfort in a prestigious gated resort community with 60 villas, located on the gulf of Saint-Tropez approximately 700 meters from the sea and immersed in the nature reserve park. While you are surrounded by a wonderful nature setting, the beach, town, local shops, beautiful town harbour, and various stone and sand beaches, all conveniently close. Town such as St. Tropez, St. Maxime, St. Raphaël are just a short drive away. The surrounding shaded forest hills provide excellent trails for hiking and cycling, in one of the Côte d'Azur's most beautiful regions. Also, there are many activities available nearby, from water sports to sightseeing, there is something for everyone. We even have our own tennis courts in the resort, which are free to use for our guests. Inside, the villa features everything you need for a fantastic holiday. There are three luxorious, air-conditioned bedrooms furnished with comfortable, qualitative King and Queen size beds. All matresses are new and the two beds on the upper floor too. There are multiple types of mattresses from EMMA Flip 25 to hybrid mattresses with memory foam toppers, which provide different firmness levels, which you can choose from. Also, all necessary utensils, sanitary products and quality white hotel cotton bedsheets and towels are provided for each stay and included in the cost. The two elegant bathrooms cater to different preferences, with one offering a relaxing bathtub and the other a comfortable rain shower. The bright and airy living room, with its separate seating area and cosy fireplace, offers stunning views into nature and the huge windows let lots of natural light into this welcoming space. Also, there is a work desk, equipped with high-speed internet & telephone connection and all you might need, allowing you to complete your home office duties while having the nicest views. The fully equipped and stocked kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a premium line Philips coffee machine, is ideal for preparing culinary delights. Plus, there is a Weber BBQ grill in the garden. Outside, the 1500 square metre well maintained private garden is a true haven, featuring a heated pool, a lounge and table seating area with a grill, an outdoor shower, and a pétanque area where you can also relax in the shadow underneath the trees, with activities for all ages. The pool is equipped with a child safety alarm system, and the entire garden is fully fenced. The driveway adds space for multiple cars, which can be parked conveniently directly on property for free.

Additionally, there is a washing machine and tumbler which can be used free of charge. In addition to the private pool with a pool man maintaining it every week during summer, you'll have free access to the resort community's large 25-meter swimming pool during the season and tennis court all year round. *The private Pool is heated FROM MID MAY TO mid OCTOBER TO MIN 25°C and cooled in summer to around 30°C (exept if too cold, charges may apply, and please contact for exeptions or requests). Villa Thymfalaise is located on the coastal hills of the Estérel Côte d'Azur, sitting right on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, just a short 700 metre walk from the nearest beach. Right on the edge of the Massif de l'Estérel nature reserve, the area is wonderfully calm and peaceful with beautiful views over both the forest and the sea. The neighbourhood has all the day-to-day essentials close by, including convenience stores, a bakery and restaurants. For larger supermarkets and a wider choice of shops, the city of Fréjus is only a 10-minute drive away. The villa sits within a private gated community of around 60 residences, complete with a 25-metre swimming pool and tennis court, and benefits from security.

Guests at Villa Thymfalaise will enjoy seamless access with a provided electronic code for the resort gate and a separate access code for the villa. You are welcome to use all the intended areas of the villa, shown on the listing, as well as the driveway where you can park your vehicles for free. The only areas which are not intended for guest use are the areas with all the guest supplies stocked, but in case you need some additional textiles or other materials, you can always let us know. Also, the laundry room, private garden, and all outdoor amenities such as the pool, grill, pétanque area, and outdoor shower are at your disposal. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is around 40 to 50 minutes away, where car hire is readily available and recommended to make the most of the area. The nearest towns are just a short drive away, and the beach and the nature reserve are both within walking distance directly from the villa. Bringing bikes is a great advantage, as the coastal paths and forest trails make cycling a wonderful way to explore the surroundings.

Charmante Gastgeber, die bei unserer Ankunft da waren, um uns zu begrüßen (obwohl eigentlich ein Self-Check-in vorgesehen war) – das war eine schöne Überraschung! Ein Haus mit atemberaubender Aussicht, perfekter Bettwäsche und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben vier unglaubliche Tage für unser Freundinnentreffen verbracht! Ich empfehle es wärmstens weiter. Sonia Des hôtes charmants qui étaient présents à notre arrivée pour nous accueillir (pourtant arrivée autonome prévue) et c’était une belle surprise ! Une maison avec vue à couper le souffle, literie parfaite et maison très propre suréquipée. Nous avons passé 4 jours incroyables pour nos retrouvailles entre copine ! Je recommande chaleureusement. Wir waren Mitte März für zwei Wochen hier. Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, Alena ist ausgezeichnet in der Kommunikation und es liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend. Es befindet sich auf einem Hügel in einer bewachten Wohnanlage. Der Hügel bedeutet, dass Spaziergänge ein kleines Workout sind. Außerdem braucht man ein Auto, sowohl wegen des Hügels als auch weil Restaurants und Geschäfte mindestens 10 Autominuten entfernt sind. Es gibt einen tollen Blick auf bewaldete Hügel und in der Ferne kann man das Mittelmeer sehen. Für zwei Personen gibt es drinnen und draußen am Haus viel Platz, aber da es im März an bewölkten Tagen noch kühl sein kann, haben wir den Außenbereich nicht viel genutzt. Das Wohnzimmer selbst hat eine normale Größe, mit einer Eckcouch um einen großen Couchtisch. Viel Platz für uns beide. Die Heizung im Haus funktioniert gut. Es gibt einen Schreibtisch und einen Küchentisch, falls man arbeiten muss. Die Internetgeschwindigkeit ist mit 1 GbPS im Up- und Download ausgezeichnet. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten. We came here in mid-March for two weeks. The house is clean and well-equipped, Alena is excellent at communications, and it's in a quiet and beautiful location. It's on a hill in a gated community. The hill means that going for walks will be a bit of a workout. You'll also need a car both due to the hill and that restaurants and shops are a minimum 10 minute drive away. There's a great view of forested hills and in the distance you can see the Mediterranean. There's plenty of space in and outside the house for two people, but as it can still be chilly in March on cloudy days, we didn't use the outside deck area much. The living room itself is a normal size, with a sectional couch around a large coffee table. Plenty of room for the two of us. House heating is fine. There's a desk and kitchen table if you need to work. Internet speed is excellent at 1 GbPS up and down. We would stay here again.

Very beautiful, spacious house where we immediately felt at home. The amenities include everything you could wish for during a holiday stay.
